1. Relationship Guidance

Ask Dr. Linq is designed to provide relationship insight, emotional perspective, behavioral interpretation, and general guidance.

The app uses intelligent analysis systems to analyze situations, conversations, and relationship patterns based on user-submitted information.

Ask Dr. Linq is not a replacement for therapy, counseling, legal advice, medical advice, psychological treatment, emergency services, or professional mental health care.

Users should use personal judgment when interpreting app-generated insights.

2. Intelligent Insights

Some features inside the app generate automated observations and summaries based on submitted entries, messages, screenshots, and tracked relationship activity.

These systems may generate:

Relationship summaries

Trend analysis

Behavioral observations

Red flag indicators

LINQ scores

Emotional consistency insights

Pattern recognition over time

These insights are interpretive tools only and should not be treated as factual determinations or guarantees.

3. User Content

Users may submit:

Messages

Screenshots

Conversations

Diary entries

Relationship timelines

Personal observations

Emotional experiences

Some submitted content may include third-party communications.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload submitted material.

Ask Dr. Linq does not verify the authenticity, legality, ownership, or accuracy of uploaded conversations or screenshots.

3A. Tree of Encouragement (Community Posts)

The Tree of Encouragement is a public, community-style feature intended for users 18 years of age or older, where users may submit short written messages of encouragement, wisdom, and support. Messages posted to the Tree of Encouragement can be visible to other app users.

To keep this space safe and supportive, you must not post:

Harassment, bullying, or threats
Hate speech or personal attacks
Sexually explicit content
Revenge content
Private information such as phone numbers, addresses, or social media handles
Links, spam, or promotional content
Content that names or targets a specific private person in a harmful way

You are responsible for what you submit to the Tree of Encouragement.

Ask Dr. Linq may remove, hide, restrict, or review messages that violate these Terms or our community safety rules. Reported messages may be reviewed, hidden, or removed.

You can report a message you believe is inappropriate using the pink flag (report) feature on that message.

Repeated misuse of the Tree of Encouragement may result in account restrictions.

Tree of Encouragement messages are not private journal entries and may be visible to other users. Please do not post anything you would not want others to see.

Tree of Encouragement posts are public community posts visible to other users of the Ask Dr. Linq app. If you delete your account, Tree of Encouragement posts associated with your account will also be removed.

The Tree of Encouragement is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By entering this feature after reviewing the in-app notice, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and understand that your messages may be visible to other Ask Dr. Linq users.

4. Relationship Tracking Features

Ask Dr. Linq may allow users to build ongoing tracked situations over time using diary systems, interaction logs, AI summaries, and behavioral tracking features.

These systems are intended to help users organize experiences, identify recurring patterns, and revisit relationship history more clearly.

Trend indicators, summaries, and scores may evolve as additional entries are added.

4A. Live Chat and Continuity Memory

Ask Dr. Linq includes a Live Chat feature that lets you have ongoing conversations with the app's AI.

To support this feature and keep guidance consistent over time, you acknowledge and agree that:

Live Chat conversations are stored to your account so sessions can be paused, resumed, and revisited
Completed Live Chat sessions are automatically summarized
Summaries and key points distilled from your entries and conversations are retained as ongoing memory
This memory may be reused to provide context for future insights, summaries, and Live Chat responses

This continuity is intended to make guidance feel consistent and personalized over time.

As with other insights, these summaries are interpretive tools only and are not factual determinations or guarantees.

4B. Dating Pool Analyzer

The Dating Pool Analyzer is an informational tool that estimates the approximate size of a potential dating pool based on demographic preference criteria you voluntarily select. These criteria may include age range, race/ethnicity preference, height, body type, children status, smoking preference, shoe size, income range, education level, occupation, marital status, and location.

Results are generated using publicly available national and regional demographic datasets and statistical modeling. All results are:

Approximate demographic estimates, not exact counts
Directional guidance only
For informational and entertainment purposes only
Based on publicly available demographic data, not real-time matching data or user profiles

Results are not:

Matchmaking results
Predictions of romantic or relationship outcomes
Compatibility scores
Guarantees of meeting, attracting, or forming a relationship with any person

Compatibility, attraction, values, personality, emotional maturity, availability, and relationship readiness are not measured by this tool.

Demographic estimates may vary based on location selection, public data availability, and selected filters. Certain demographic rates are national averages applied within selected geographic areas.

5. Response Accuracy

Responses generated inside Ask Dr. Linq are based entirely on the information provided by the user.

Incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, emotional, or one-sided information may affect the resulting analysis.

While the app aims to provide thoughtful and useful insight, Ask Dr. Linq does not guarantee accuracy, outcomes, compatibility, reconciliation, or relationship success.

6. Emotional and Sensitive Content

Users may submit emotionally sensitive, personal, or difficult relationship experiences.

This may include discussions involving:

Breakups

Infidelity

Emotional conflict

Manipulation

Family stress

Sexual situations

Emotional abuse

Personal trauma

Users should use discretion when interacting with emotionally sensitive material inside the app.

7. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

You agree that any messages, screenshots, or conversations you upload are either your own or that you have permission to share them.

You may not upload content that violates another person's privacy, rights, or any applicable laws.

8. Personal Use Only

This app is intended for personal use only.

You agree not to misuse, copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to interfere with the app's systems or functionality.

9. Payments, Credits, and Subscriptions

Subscriptions

Subscription plans may renew automatically unless canceled through Apple or Google

Users manage subscriptions through their platform account settings

Billing and refunds for subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies

Credits

Some features require credits to use

Credits may be purchased or included through subscriptions

Promotional and free credits may have different rules from purchased credits

Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value

Abuse-prevention systems may restrict repeated free-credit claims

Credits are used in this order: subscription credits, purchased credits, then free credits.

Unused subscription credits do not roll over between billing cycles. Purchased and free credits do not expire unless an account is deleted or terminated.

Purchases

Payments are handled through Apple, Google, Stripe, or approved processors

Ask Dr. Linq does not store full payment card details

Prices may change at any time without prior notice

Refunds

Refund eligibility is handled by the payment platform used for the purchase

If a refund is issued, Ask Dr. Linq may remove unused credits connected to that purchase

Abuse, fraud, chargeback manipulation, or credit exploitation may result in account restrictions

10. Personal Response Services

Personal Responses are separate paid services delivered manually through email and are not included with standard app credits or subscriptions.

These responses are intended for relationship insight and personal guidance only and should not be considered therapy, legal advice, medical advice, or emergency support.

Priority upgrades move requests higher in the response queue but do not guarantee exact delivery times or specific results.

How It Works

Responses are written manually and delivered by email

Stripe handles all payment processing securely

Ask Dr. Linq does not store or see full payment card details

Users are responsible for the content they submit

11. Account Suspension and Abuse Prevention

Ask Dr. Linq reserves the right to limit, suspend, or remove access to accounts involved in:

Fraud

Credit abuse

Automated misuse

Exploitation attempts

Harassment

Platform manipulation

Unauthorized access attempts

Security and abuse-prevention systems may operate automatically to protect the platform and its users.

12. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect account information, verification systems, and stored relationship data.

However, no online platform or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, passcodes, and device access.

13. Age Guidance

Ask Dr. Linq is intended primarily for users who are 18 years of age or older. The app discusses relationships, dating behavior, emotional situations, interpersonal dynamics, and other topics that may be considered mature in nature.

Because of the mature subject matter discussed within the app, users under the age of 18 should not use Ask Dr. Linq without the knowledge, supervision, and approval of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are encouraged to review the app and determine whether its content is appropriate for their child.

By creating an account or using Ask Dr. Linq, users acknowledge that they have read and understand this Age Guidance section and agree to use the app responsibly.

14. SMS & Backup Security

Ask Dr. Linq may use SMS only for backup account recovery or security-related verification connected to a trusted backup phone number.

These messages are:

Triggered only when account recovery or security confirmation is needed

Non-recurring

Not promotional

Not marketing-related

Standard message and data rates may apply.

15. Push Notifications

Ask Dr. Linq may send push notifications to your device if you allow them. Notifications are optional and require your permission.

Notifications may include credit updates, account and security alerts, subscription and billing updates, reminders about inactive tracked situations, and occasional new-feature announcements.

Account and security alerts are essential and are sent while notifications are enabled
Credit, reminder, and feature-update notifications can be toggled individually in Account Settings
Notification previews avoid sensitive relationship details
Feature and marketing notifications are limited in frequency

You can disable all notifications at any time from your device settings.

16. Limitation of Liability

By using Ask Dr. Linq, users understand that relationship decisions, emotional choices, communication outcomes, and personal actions remain their own responsibility.

Ask Dr. Linq and its operators are not responsible for relationship outcomes, emotional decisions, personal conflicts, or actions taken based on app-generated insight.

17. Feature Changes and Availability

Features inside Ask Dr. Linq may change, evolve, be removed, or be updated over time.

Certain tools, scores, summaries, or systems may not always remain available permanently.

18. Agreement

By using Ask Dr. Linq, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
