Steps to delete your account:

1. Open the Ask Dr. Linq app

2. Tap the menu (top left corner)

3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account

4. Confirm your request

 

What happens when you delete your account:

• All tracked situations are deleted

• All saved responses are deleted

• Your conversation history is deleted

• Your profile information is deleted

• All credits are removed

• Access to your account is permanently removed

 

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

 

Data retention:
Some limited data such as transaction records or security logs may be temporarily retained for legal and fraud prevention purposes.
