About
I was born in Merced, California, but my roots trace back to Tampa, Florida, where my parents are originally from. At the age of 12, my life took a defining turn when my mother, sister, and I packed up and drove cross-country to settle in Tampa—a place I've called home ever since.

My journey into relationship advice began unexpectedly. I was simply offering insight to the women in my life—friends like Whitney Nicole—who often came to me for clarity on the men they were dating. It was Whitney who first encouraged me to share my voice with the world. What started as a simple Facebook page quickly grew into a movement. I transitioned to Instagram, and that’s when everything changed. The messages resonated, the audience grew, and I realized this was more than just casual advice—it was a calling.

In 2014, I started writing Know Thy Man, a book designed to help women gain a deeper understanding of how men think and what drives their behavior. But life took me in a different direction creatively. I went on to write The Mind of a Jerk, In Love with a Stranger, and Last Words to a Dying Heart. It wasn’t until 2024—ten years after I began—that Know Thy Man was finally brought to life. It stands today as my fourth and most powerful book to date.

What began as a few words of advice has now become a mission: to help women navigate love, clarity, and self-worth through the lens of understanding men.

Mission
To empower women with insight, clarity, and truth by helping them understand how men think, communicate, and behave—so they can build healthier, more intentional relationships.
Vision
Through Ask Dr. Linq, LLC, I aim to build a trusted platform where women can consistently turn for honest, unfiltered relationship based unbiased opinions. From writing books that uncover the truth about how men think, to launching a listening line where women can call in and be heard, my vision is to create a space that offers clarity, healing, and empowerment. I’m committed to expanding this mission—one conversation, one book, and one breakthrough at a time.
